As the founder of the FEMALE PURPOSE brand, I’ve spent the past 5 years helping hundreds of women rethink their relationship with work, ambition, and identity through my work and my well-known podcast.
Since the beginning, I’ve been fascinated by one question:
Why do so many brilliant women hold themselves back – even when they know they’re capable of so much more?
Not because they lack talent.
Not because they lack ambition.
But because stepping into the next version of themselves requires something deeper:
An identity shift.
At some point in our lives and businesses, we outgrow the roles we once worked so hard to build.
What once felt exciting suddenly feels too small. The strategies that used to work stop working. And the identity that once carried us forward feels like a sweater we’ve outgrown.
This in-between space can feel confusing, lonely, and incredibly uncomfortable. But it’s also where the most powerful transformation happens.
And it’s the space where you’ll find my work.

The world doesn’t need more women trying to fit into someone else’s 5-step framework.
It needs women who are willing to be fully expressed. Women who trust their vision. Women who are bold enough to pioneer their own path.
I believe that true leadership begins the moment you stop performing and start embodying who you truly are.
That is why I help creative, multi-faceted, ambitious women reconnect with their voice, reclaim their power, and evolve into the next version of who they’re meant to be – in business, leadership, and their work.
Not by handing them a blueprint. But by helping them reconnect with themselves.

About Me
I grew up trilingual in Sweden, a country known for its progressive and egalitarian culture, which has deeply shaped how I think, act, and live to this day.
Professionally, my path has taken me through very different worlds.
After studying International Business Administration and Marketing Management, I spent years working in marketing roles for international corporations in the FMCG and automotive industries.
In 2016, I quit my corporate career to step into the creative world as the founder of a publishing company. What turned out to be the most accurate and at the same time hard thing I’d ever done, catapulted me straight into a full-blown identity crisis, that I was only able to navigate with a coach at my side.
This experience forever changed my life and made me want to guide other women through this truly life changing process.
This is why, after several career experiences as a stylist, interior designer, and freelance author, I decided to step into coaching and founded the FEMALE PURPOSE brand in 2020.
Thanks to my background, I combine two perspectives:
strategic business thinking and creative self-expression, which sets me apart from other coaches and mentors in the industry.

Which languages do you coach & mentor in?
We can work in either English or German – whatever you prefer.
Can we work face to face?
If you book a VIP package, we’ll work face to face. And if you live close to Düsseldorf or Amsterdam, we can meet in person upon request.
What’s your training & education?
As a certified and assessed Systemic Business Coach trained under Dr. Petra Bock, and having completed numerous advanced trainings, you can expect to be coached and mentored at the most professional and contemporary level.
